Descending from generations of Portuguese mariners , Pep was literally bred for this job. Though born with a knack for retrieving nets and herding minnows, she quickly found herself with a role in HR. She’s both a great listener, and diffuser of tension, especially in the heat of the summer. Pep hates the water, but thoroughly enjoys boat rides & breaking into our staff’s lunchboxes while their backs are turned.
